Some operators may misunderstand that because the pipe is long, enough water should be added to make it full and smooth. During construction, too much water was pumped, resulting in damage and leakage of leather rings at some pipe clamps.
During mortar laying, as the interface between mortar and water is soaked by water for a long time, the water will take away the cement slurry, form mortar segregation, increase the pumping resistance, squeeze the cement slurry outward from the damaged skin ring, and then form pipe plugging.
Before the small concrete pump is pumped, the equipment shall be comprehensively inspected. a. Check whether the small concrete pump is placed stably and firmly as required; b. Check whether the water tank is filled with clean water; Fill the oil tank of the oil pump with lithium grease and oil; Check the spectacle plate, and the clearance shall not be too large, otherwise the same situation will be caused due to the internal leakage of mud; Considering the high output pressure of the pump and the overflow of the main safety valve, the main system pressure can be adjusted to 28Mpa.
The long-distance pumping resistance of small concrete pump is large. When laying pipelines, elbows should be reduced as much as possible, and large elbows should be selected as much as possible instead of small elbows. It turns out that every 900 × 1000 elbow is equivalent to 5M horizontal pipe.
Therefore, only 4 pipes are used for pipe laying φ 12 900 × R1000 elbow, others φ twelve × 3M straight pipe and φ twelve × 2m straight pipe with a total length of 310m. 2. Pay attention to the reinforcement of pipes and the fastening of pipe clamps. This kind of long-distance pumping will encounter the phenomenon of pipe jump aggravation and pipe clamp explosion. Therefore, it is necessary to fully strengthen the elbow and some straight pipes to reduce their impact.
After the completion of small concrete pumping, the pipeline shall be cleaned in time. The pipeline shall be disconnected from the center and cleaned twice to ensure safety and reliability. It should be noted that a cement bag, two sponge balls and a cleaning piston should be added before the sponge ball.
