Condensate pump is a kind of construction machinery. Due to its poor working environment, it is more necessary to do a good job in daily maintenance and repair. Lubrication is a very important work. Concrete pump is divided into manual lubrication and automatic lubrication. The specific analysis is as follows:
1、 Manual lubrication
The screw cap type oil cup is adopted. First fill the oil cup with grease, and press the grease onto the friction surface by the pressure generated by tightening the cup cover. For example, there is a screw cap type oil cup on each of the two swing valve cylinder seats. In the process of pumping, the screw cap shall be lubricated every 4 hours to keep the spherical friction surface in a good lubrication state.
2、 Automatic lubrication
The automatic lubrication system combines the advantages of progressive lubrication system and double line lubrication system. It can be lubricated with hydraulic oil and grease respectively. It is composed of dry oil filter, one-way four-way valve, manual lubrication pump, progressive distribution valve, double line lubrication center and pipeline. The automatic lubrication system can lubricate the following lubrication points: mixing bearing, S-tube bearing and concrete piston in conveying cylinder.
In the automatic lubrication system, the manual lubrication pump is an auxiliary lubrication grease supply device. Pull the handle of the grease pump before starting the pump every time. After observing that there is grease overflow at the mixing bearing and the large and small bearings of S pipe, the manual pump oil can be stopped. When pumping concrete, the system uses the hydraulic oil provided by the double line lubrication center as the lubricant to automatically provide lubrication for the mechanical system. For manual lubrication pump, non extreme pressure "OO" semi fluid file base grease shall be used in summer and non extreme pressure "000" semi fluid Keng base grease shall be used in winter.
