The concrete pump piston is generally made of polyurethane materials, which are elastic and wear-resistant, and the inner wall of the conveying cylinder is also plated with wear-resistant materials. There are generally two lubrication methods between the piston and the delivery cylinder: one is automatic refueling lubrication. Once pumped, the refueling system will automatically add lubricating oil once; The other is the manual refueling system, which requires manual refueling regularly. For the automatic refueling system, it is necessary to regularly check whether the oil circuit is unblocked, otherwise once the oil circuit is blocked, the piston and delivery cylinder will be rapidly worn; For the manual refueling system, the operator shall supplement the lubricating oil regularly according to the different working environment, usually once per hour. Remember: when refueling, be sure to move the piston to the lower part of the vertical refueling point, so that the lubricating oil just enters the oil groove in the middle of the piston.
During the pumping process, the operator should often carry out the "cylinder holding" operation, that is, when the piston of the main oil cylinder runs to the end, operate the inching button for 5 ~ 8s to supplement the hydraulic oil in the closed oil chamber of the main oil cylinder (for the pump relying on the reversing of the proximity switch, the proximity switch should be close to the side of the main oil cylinder as far as possible), so as to make full use of the stroke of the conveying cylinder, Avoid local wear of conveying cylinder.
