1. Turn on the power switch after turning on the power. First press the "start and stop of oil pump" to start the oil pump, and then press the "start and stop of pumping" (the start and stop of pumping is to control the outward feeding action of the machine). If it is necessary to stop the pump, first press "start and stop of pumping", and then press "start and stop of oil pump" to stop the work.
2. No matter you press or move any button, you must wait for the solenoid valve to relieve pressure before proceeding to the next step. (when the pressure of the magnetic valve is relieved, the buzzer will be generated all the time, and the next operation can be carried out after the buzzer is stopped).
3. When the concrete in the hopper leaks out of the upper end of the S pipe during operation, stop the work and continue the work after adding concrete. The machine cannot be evacuated, otherwise it is easy to cause pipe blockage.
4. The concrete shall be multi slurry concrete (commonly known as dilute point), and the dry concrete shall not be used. Moreover, the concrete must be mixed evenly before being put into the hopper, and do not use thin and thick materials, otherwise it is easy to block the pipe.
