(1) There are three types of spiral gears of conveyor: solid line spiral surface type, continuous spiral surface type and blade spiral surface type. Solid line spiral is called s manufacturing method. Its spiral pitch diameter GX type is 0.8 times of the leaf diameter. LS type spiral conveyor is suitable for transporting powder and granular raw materials. The manufacturing method of pitch diameter and spiral surface is the same as that of spiral material. The blade type spiral surface is less used, which is suitable for transporting raw materials with high viscosity and fluid density. In the transmission link, mixing, mixing and other technological processes are carried out at the same time, and its spiral pitch diameter is about 1.2 times of the diameter of spiral gear.
(2) The spiral gear of the conveyor has two rotation directions: left rotation and right rotation.
