3. During operation, check whether the running parts are running normally, whether the conveyor belt is deviated, whether there is foreign matter falling between the belt and the driven roller, and if there is an abnormal situation, stop the machine to eliminate it.
4. Each moving part should be filled with butter, and the belt roller should be removed and refueled every year.
5. When overhauling the machine, it is necessary to stop the machine and cut off the main power supply.
6. The batching controller should have rainproof, sunscreen and dustproof facilities.
7. Prevent sand and stones from mixing steel bars, large stones and other sundries, so as not to damage the conveyor belt.
8. In order to protect the batching controller, do not use it in bad weather conditions such as strong wind, rain and thunder, turn off the main power supply, and remove the connection between the sensor and the batching controller to prevent damage to the controller.
9. The power supply voltage fluctuation must be less than -5 to 5%.
10. The weighing system should be calibrated every year according to the scale method in the instruction manual of the batching controller.
